Amazing! The broth is fire...I drank all of it. The eggs are cooked perfectly and marinated!!! They also follow all your instructions for special ordering! My new favorite place for ramen. I ordered seafood ramen.

Hawaiian BBQ Beef portions were exceptionally small. Barely one scoop of rice (counted as two), barely any Mac salad, and small portion of meat. I hadn’t ordered from them in a while and this was definitely not worth $19.10! So disappointed! On top of that, the meat was tough.

I have never been so dissatisfied with an order. Each item lacked flavor in every ingredient. In the ramen, it was missing the black garlic oil. The flavor was so bland, even salt and chili oil couldn't fix it. The bbq beef plate's rice portion was very small. The katsu plate needed salt. In both rice plates, the Mac salad portion must've been 10 noodles total. I love ramen 101 and have ordered it in two different cities often, but I will not be ordering from the Stockton location again.

I ordered the soup and noodle ramen and added green onions and paid an additional $4.25 for shrimp and only got 3 medium sized shrimp. I do like that the broth comes separately and it was tasty.

I ordered the black noodle ramen soup because it received 5stars. I was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was. The fixings were in a separate bowl from the broth. It was a full size portion too. I would highly recommend this soup.
