I got BbQ instead of ranch, otherwise it was perfect! Between 3 of us we couldn't finish the fan faves box! Huge portions.

Jack and the box put a hand written note saying that their grill was down, and they asked the dasher to contact me to let me know- but he refused. So they provided a bunch of extra food that they were able to make (mostly via fryer) in compensation.
Thank you all so much! I just got off a 12 hour shift and just wanted something in my belly. You guy came in clutch despite the fact. Will order from you guys again for sure.

Burger was super dry and not buttery at all. No straw. Boba in boba shake was not cooked long enough

Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club looks like they wiped the ranch off, which is weird. Very dry sandwich. Had to add my own ranch.
