The food is always good! Better than any other sub eateries. I get delivery and it always arrives warm. Also, firehouse subs doesn't have a lot of outrageous fees for delivery. They are my go to place when I'm tired of the same thing. My husband and I have had the provolone and meatball sub, the hero sub,( which is our favorite), the club sub, and the brisket and cheddar! All good!

It shouldn't be that hard to read the screen of an order regarding making a sandwich. Also, most restaurants now are making sure the bags are sealed with something to show it hasn't been tampered with.

The Turkey Bacon Ranch and Hook and Ladder sandwiches were hot and deliciou. The Max and cheese are reminiscent of Panera'a.

While the French Dip was good, the Brownie I had ordered did not at all come with. Waste of almost $3.

The kids meals were supposed to have cookies and none were there, no drinks, the meatball sandwiches were burnt. This is the 3rd order with missing items. You can choose "no cheese" on kids meatball. Just overall not great.
