Our favourite bakery ever, bar none. We visit every Saturday for their incredibly light and buttery croissants, my favourite is the parmesan and leek and my husband's is the ham and cheese. I'm not kidding, we look forward to these croissants all week, every week and have never been disappointed.
Their sweets are equally as mindblowing- we've sampled their cowboy, chocolate chip, shortbread, and oatmeal raisin cookies and they're all spectacular. Definitely heavier cookies that will fill you up, but that just makes them better in our opinion! Best of all, as pictured, their lingonberry mousse cake. Please, do yourself a favour and try it. It is so light and the perfect balance of sweet and tart without being overwhelming. Even with self restraint, we finished half of the cake in one afternoon between the two of us. It's so hard to find good lingonberry treats and Primrose absolutely nailed it, 10/10, 5 stars, our favourite place in Pleasanton.

Love this place. Everything is delicious, of course. Sorry I've not written any reviews before now on other wonderful items. I'll try to be better about that. Strawberry Rhubarb Pie is my mom's favorite, and the one from here is phenomenal. The ONLY pie I have ever seen her eat all the crust. Also they were so kind to attach a note that it was freshly baked, so to give it 1-2 hours before digging in. Love that! And the Sfogliatella (Ricotta Puff) ....I'll be adding that to my faves list.

I ordered the Tres Leches Mini Cake from Primrose as listed here on Doordash. It turned out to be so bad... It is nothing like a Tres Leches cake. It tastes horrible with coconut flakes that I have never seen in a Tres Leches Mini Cake before. Portion is tiny for the price. Will never order again. Also first bad experience with Primrose, our local favorite.

First time ordering here and for $5 per cookie I was expecting a larger size, well made cookie... what I got was small, mediocre tasting cookies that tasted pretty much like grocery store bought cookies. No pride in their product and it definitely shows. For the record it wasn't bad tasting, it just tasted like a $1 cookie. If you're gonna sell $5 cookies, sell $5 per cookie quality cookies.

I've been to the bakery before and was really happy when I found out that they deliver. My favorites are the eclairs, chocolate chip cookie, and the napoleon slice. I wish they sold their petit fours for delivery because those are spectacular. I usually get the vanilla, chocolate, and whatever seasonal flavors.
