Beef Sandwich was plentiful, tasty, and fresh. I would absolutely order again! The Chicken Rice Plate was enough for one person, but underwhelming. The Vietnamese Coffee (Iced) was sweet and strong, but overpriced. Boba was good, not too chewy or soft.

I cannot praise this spot highly enough! Best Banh Mi (chicken) I have ever had and consistently good every time. Prawn chips and chicken curry soup are also amazing. Everything is always fresh, hot and service is quick. Hits the spot every time!

The Banh Mi (Chicken) was very flavorful, the perfect sandwich. As well as the prawn crisps being light and airy with a subtle shrimp flavor. Lastly, the mango smoothie with boba was so refreshing! All the ingredients tasted fresh, 10/10 would eat here again!

The grilled chicken sandwich was flavorful, the chicken was a little too fatty for me (clean of the fat off) a medium fry in a cup for $6.75 is expensive. Otherwise the food was tated good.

The Beef Sandwich is always flavorful and great portion wise. LIMEADE was very good as well.
