The waffles and pancakes  are  always on point.  I order very late at night but with this restaurant, they cook  my food hot and fresh every time.   Never disappointed when my food arrives.

Everything was delivered as asked for the Country Fried Steak & Eggs was pretty good and had plenty of gravy with it, the Spicy Shredded Beef Anytime Tacos were really good, wish would have had some salsa with them. It's a good breakfast spot.

Normally we go in to eat, got delivery and are missing bacon, the biscuit and gravy was delivered with about a tablespoon of gravy no joke and the cheese on the sandwich is burnt shredded cheese instead of what normally comes on there. No one verified a substitution with me. Its the little stuff that ihop totally missed here.2

first off let me say, i am very small, and do not eat much food. BUT dang ihop, can we get a little more gravy with the biscuits and Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy?? it came with like 2 tablespoon. biscuits were huge too! so pretty dry ... also the eggs were hard and not medium, so that way dry too. :(

I didn't get any chicken strips, just a patty on a bun. The crepes were really bad, stiff, tasteless, no powdered sugar or syrup and the shakes were almost $10.00 apiece and they were bitter. The omelette was not great. A lot of money for food that wasn't worth it. Won't be ordering there again soon.
