Excellent as always! Prompt, accurate service with instructions followed, boxes labelled as to which contain mild food, absolutely delicious, great selection, cooked to perfection, every morsel completely tasty! Perfect!
Oh, what did I eat, you wonder? The Dinich Wot (Potato Stew) I had never seen or heard of before so naturally, it was a must! Nicely spiced, saucy stew! That was had with a side of Ater Kik/ mild yellow split peas and the 'regular' injera served in America .... My dining partner and I shared most everything including my Fosolia with a side of Kay Misir -- spicy red lentils -- and the authentic Ethiopian injera (the original teff rather than teff mixed with wheat -- thinner, more sour-tasting, with a  totally different long-term bodily effect!) -- and a delicious, crispy lentil sambusa for to end! Again, it was just perfection! Mmm ... ! :-D

I drive all the way from Virginia about 50 minutes away to pick up food from this specific restaurant. They make the absolute best Ethiopian food in the area. I will always love Sheba restaurant, they never disappoint!!! I get the Sheba Combo with Doro wot, Tibs kay wot, yellow lentils, and Gomen. They have the best quality and the injera is always fresh!! This time I got the shiro with the combo and I was so happy.

I ordered the Sheba combo with doro wot, doro alicha (my favorite!!), cabbage, and collared greens. I added a side of ayib which was key as the doro wot was very spicy (delicious spicy) so the ayib helped calm it down. The injera, especially after soaking up the delicious spices, was particularly good. Great overall!

Excellent food! From the Spicy Steamed Broccoli to the gluten free injera, and the Vegan Sampler. Best way to eat healthy vegan fare without feeling deprived! It is a taste explosion compared to most vegan menus!

Only wish the injera chips could be ordered separately from the hummus as sometimes I want to order more than what comes with the appetizer!
