First time trying mochiko chicken and mochi pearls am very pleased--would definitely order again! I initially thought $17 for a rice plate sounded a bit pricy but it's pretty filling and shareable. This will also be my new boba spot for Mango Green Milk Tea since there's not a Sharetea nearby plus the mochi balls are amazing! Wish it came with more...

Mochiko is genuinely the best restaurant in Boston -- as delicious as a Michelin-star eatery in Tokyo, as affordable as a In-N-Out combo, and as inventive as a startup out of NYC. Plus the owners are the kindest folks on the planet. This is an every-week kind of joint!

Excellent! Spam musubi was well made and satisfied my craving for one. Haven't eaten Loco Moco since I was in Hawaii and this hit the spot! The mushroom gravy is a bit milder/less salty than others I've had which I appreciate, you can always add more salt if you want. I added the fried chicken to try it out and it was crunchy and tender even as takeout. Would recommend!

Ridiculously, insanely good food! Highly recommend this one.
Mochiko Chix Plate was incredible!!! The chicken was perfectly tender yet crispy, well seasoned and flavorful. Rice was perfectly done.
The Lychee-Lillikoi tea was out of this world and spam musubi was very good as well!
Everything was fresh and well made. SO satisfying <3

I LOVE mochiko hawaiian. consistently delicious and great atmosphere. I usually get the soy garlic chicken plate or sandwich. boba is alo pretty good, and ther musubi is a perfect snack.
best of all, the atmosphere is fun and the employees are always super kind and great to chat with.
