My soup was COLD! My sandwich was awful the turkey tasted like it had gone bad. I asked for a pickle. They didnt cut this HUGE pickle! It was the width of 2 hotdogs so yeah, im not biting into that.
Just overall bad experience. And I usually like Potbelly.

Loved that they protected my meal by sealing the bag closed. I ordered the Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup and Chicken Pot Pie Soup — great portion sizes!!
Food was really tasty but deducting 1 star because the sandwich was left in toaster too long so it was burnt all around the edges of the sub bread. Please add an option for it not to be toasted. Otherwise, really good experience.

I will never order potbelly's again. I ordered two sandwiches. I was in shock when it arrived! The pickle is bigger than the sandwich! The sandwich was miniscule. Barely any tuna at all. No cheese on it and I ordered Swiss cheese. The sandwich had no lettuce either. The hot peppers were over powering. This is the smallest and worst sandwich. When you order, it doesnt show the size of the sandwich. Beware. It's a kid sized sandwich. Never again. I'll order from a place that actually gives you a whole sub with lots of meat, cheese and toppings. You cant get that at Potbelly's. I would be so embarrassed if I were this potbelly's to put out such a terrible product. Look at the inside of it. How can they serve something like this???

I used to order here all the time, but the last few times, I was sent a sub with only one piece of meat and a single slice of cheese on it with nothing else...Shame they use to be great.

heard very good things about this place but this will be my first and last time eating here they sent me a sandwich with three thin pieces of meat and stuffed the sandwich with onions
