• 26-01-08you're probably scrolling through doorDash thinking about what you want to eat and you come across this restaurant called Bayou blend !!!! and you see they have a very small selection of items but they tailored to your seafood taste. !!!!! I ordered !!!!! and it is absolutely the best fried fish I've ever had in my entire life. !!!! The Boudin balls are immaculate and they're not salty like everyone else's that I've tasted . There are full of flavor and I'm mad I only 3 of them lol.
if I could give this restaurant 10 stars I would !!! thank you so much. Whoever the Chef is thank you so much for this amazing food !!!

• 26-01-11The fries are burnt and overcooked, the fish is overdone and overly salty, and the fried shrimp are not just overcooked but also soggy and excessively salty. I am completely dissatisfied with my meal.

• 24-05-16The 2 Pc Fish and 3 Boudin Balls were DELICIOUS. Takes me home to Louisiana. The only thing that could compete with the food was the service that was above and beyond by the staff when my order was delayed. No other location has come close to showing the extraordinary attention to assure my order was perfect. Thank you!
