The Refresh bowl and the Sunrise smoothie are simply the best! The Homemade Chicken Salad comes as such a large portion, perfect for sharing or to have some leftovers. Always love the fresh ingredients and the food is hands down delicious!

Refresh is a gem of a family-owned local spot serving healthy and delicious food! My go-to favorite is their basic açaí bowl. It’s truly unmatched. Unlike many places that mix in banana, Refresh’s bowl is 100% pure açaí...rich and authentic. The fresh fruit they top it with is always vibrant and flavorful, and I love adding a swirl of peanut butter for that extra treat. Their lattes are fantastic too! I especially adore the lavender syrup, and the iced honey latte is another favorite. Refresh is consistently fresh, delicious, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I love love love the Açaí bowl with bananas, strawberries, peanut butter, and extra granola and honey!!! OMG, the best!!! I could eat one everyday (if I could afford it). Refresh makes the best bowls, though! And always adds a sweet touch when they decorate the bag it comes in;)

The best acai bowl and spinach salad I've possibly ever had! It was so good that I ordered it two days in a row. If I lived closer I'd probably order it every day. Even the salad dressing was packaged perfectly.

If you want açaí, THIS IS THE PLACE. I have had açaí in several locations around Cumming, and in my opinion, ReFresh is the best. The basic açaí is great, but the refresh with the chocolate and coconut is life changing. Their new seasonal summer flavor is amazing. You can't go wrong here. Salads are great too. Their plain toast is even great. Both of my kids love going here and eating here. It's our family favorite, for sure.
