Coffee was not covered with anything which I prefer to have my drinks covered by a sticker or something of a person is going to touch and breathe on it. Also the coffee was literally half full of whipped cream which is gross.

The lettuce on both the Turkey Bacon Club and the Ham & Swiss Croissant was turning brown and wilted and should not have been served on any sandwich. It was past the point of freshness that should be deemed worthy of being served by a restaurant. Also, the Ham & Swiss Croissant did not come on a croissant as it should have, it came on the artisan bread.

the bacon Chipotle Chicken Bacon Wrap didnt come with lettuce or tomato, even though i asked for both of those things, and the Chocolate Chip Muffin was HARD.
