Location was extremely busy with Super Bowl Sunday business but the staff were friendly, engaging and responsive to customer needs. There was an issue with my order not being completed fully at first which prompted me to drive to the location to get the rest. Everyone was very apologetic about the situation and the food was great. Have always used this location when I come into the area and will continue to do so.

There was nearly 3 inches of crust with no toppings. This was a Meat Lover's Pizza hand tossed crust. It was NOT stuffed crust. This was absolutely ridiculous for as much as you are charging.

I bought 2 extra sauces and they were not brought with the order. I also was unhappy with the lack of sauce on the cheese pizza. I also ordered pepperoni pizza and paid extra for cupped pepperonis. The pizza came with basically half the normal pepperonis and half of the cupped pepperonis making it like a normal amount rather than extra that I paid for. Pizza Hut is my favorite however this order I was highly unhappy for.

Two pizzas mainly crust toppings was all in the center of the pizza. Widest crust I've ever seen. Taste ... Ehhh nothing special. Def not like old days Pizza Hut. I keep trying it over long periods of time and sorry to say I am always disappointed. Also recd cinnamon sticks not cin rolls as ordered. Ugh.

Half the Personal Pan Pizza® didn't have cheese on them. I ordered extra cheese. I shouldn't be missing an entire ingredient. The Cheese Sticks were burnt and not great. Which is depressing because I love Pizza Hut but when I get it through DD it seems to be careless and awful quality.
