We ordered three soft serve cake cones and they came as fresh as if we were at Cravins ourselves. Thank you. It was delicious.

There were no sprinkles really in the Soft Serve Razzle, so I should've just gotten vanilla ice cream for $4 less. There was no chocolate ice cream in the twist, which was disappointing. We still love it here, so someone maybe just had an off night.

Ice cream was decent soft serve, but we could not make heads or tails as to which cup was who's; no markings, or tagging of any kind. Even a sharpie indicating what was in the cup would've been appreciated.
Additionally, when they were "out of stock" on one item, they just replaced it with a random candy (Butterfinger, in this case); I wouldn't have minded some communication regarding that, but maybe I wasn't paying close enough attention to the app.
Not a bad experience, just poor packaging, for the most part.

For some reason, every few times we order from here, the vanilla ice cream is pure sugar. I'm not quite sure what the reason for this would be (seems like maybe once a month it's made completely different).
