Although decaf was offered as an option for this drink (and many others), when the driver arrived,   he was told the only decaf drink is an Americano.  Seriously?  Even though the drink was supposedly vanilla cold brew, it was extremely bitter, and there was no vanilla. I checked "do not warm" for two food items, but all were warmed.  Terrible customer service!

I dont know if it was my fault or not but I got a very small cup for 18 dollars.The taste was fine freshness good but I dont think I would order again

ordered my drink extra hot to make sure it would still be a good temp when it got to me. it was barely warm, and it took maybe ten minutes from the store to delivery. they also don't mix their drinks well, and they short you on product. there was at least an inch of empty space. if I'd wanted the equivalent of a small, I would have ordered a small

drink was poorly prepared which made it spill everywhere not on the dasher there was no stopper on the top also drink doesn't taste good at all very diffferent from how i usually get it
