Yang Zhou Fried Rice was Really good. Perfect in my opinion. Flavor was good, cooked well. Szechuan Dumplings were excellent. Shanghai Spring Rolls were good too. Good portion sizes, good price.

Everything was fresh but overpriced in my opinion. The flavor of the Crab Rangoons 酥炸蟹角 was very different and they didn't have an adequte amount of filling. You only get 4 for the price. The shrimp Fried Rice (W. Egg) (Choice Available) 特色炒饭(鸡、牛、虾、猪、素菜或什锦) was also lacking flavor, and you only get 4 shrimp. I wish the Egg Drop Soup 蛋花汤 came with crispy fried wonton, but it was tasty and appears they use quality eggs (very deep color & rich flavor). I had never tried the Chinese Cabbage (Hunan Style Or Chili Stir Fried Or W. Crystal Noodle) 包菜(手撕、炝炒、粉丝) before, but it was pretty good! Could've used a bit more salt.

A10. Wontons In Spicy Sauce(8) were a little salty. T03. Kung Pao Tofu was perfectly spicy and sweet. Great portions.

Boiled Beef In Spicy Szechuan Sauce 水煮牛肉 is good menu if you have a partner. Since it is oily, salty and spicy like common Chinese local traditional food, you wouldn't be able to finish it alone at once.
For the taste, I can confirm that it is actual local Chinese style. So, I cannot easily recommend for those who are not familiar with local traditional Sichuan Style Chinese food.

I went through many restaurants before I chose this one and it felt pretty random. Plus I was just starving as I looked at all of the tofu dishes at so many restaurants. Not sure why I decided on Chli Bistro but I struck gold with this mapo tofu. Best I've had in years and I'm G06. Mapo Tofu adding this restaurant to my call list so that next time I'm in my home town of CU I can just get on with it and order from them!!! Highly recommend!
