4 stars for the taste - it was delicious. But the small sprite was missing, and they only gave me 4 onion rings??? I wasn't expecting a LOT of onion rings but more than 4 would've been nice....

Munchie burger was hard / old (bread too). Onion rings were refried. No crisp. Just hard. Onions inside dried out. Batter tasted like fish because there was some sort of cross contamination going on there. Chicken tenders was refried and hard. 50 bucks later... just pure disappointment. Passing on Jack in the future. I have that experience and others to remind myself that jack's is not a good uber choice.

The fast food made mistake on order, not sending all of meal any partial and the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ was dried out and hard, not fresh or tasty. I'm very disappointed in meal as it probably sat under warmer half the day because it was dried and hard to eat.
