Great customer service. They used all the strawberries for one of my other ice creams and kindly offered others as a replacement instead of canceling. It tastes great and I'll definitely be ordering again.

love this place the onlyfall is not knowing what size cup you'll be getting. I've bought and paid the same for the pastfew orders and todays was a lot smaller than it has been.

The last few times I've ordered there been some weirdness. Earlier this week it seemed like they forgot to mix in the toppings and then just threw two out of three on top, and left the third off entirely. Today I ordered a regular sized milkshake with strawberries and Reese's, and they sent what seems like an ice cream cup (not a milkshake cup) that's mostly full of strawberries with some milkshake poured on it and no Reese's. It's just really weird lol.
