I recently ordered a chicken sandwich meal from Chick-fil-A and it was honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I've had. The chicken on my sandwich looked old, tasted dry and rubbery, and didn't seem fresh at all. The bread was soggy, and the whole sandwich was just nasty and hard to eat. For the price I paid, I expected hot and fresh food, not something that looked like it had been sitting out for hours. I'm very disappointed with the quality and would like a refund for this meal. I hope this issue gets addressed so other customers don't have the same experience.

Everything was as advertised! With the exception of a few things missing out of the order (which Chic Fila corrected), it was perfect. The Cobb, Southwest Salads were excellent, and nuggets and sandwiches were great!

The nuggets in the Chick-fil-A® Nuggets Meal were very fatty and tough. The oil on the French fries tasted old also. One of the worst meals I have had in a while.
