• 25-09-02Burgers were dense & flavorful and fries were seasoned to perfection - just had to add them to air fryer for only 4 minutes to receipt & reheat fries - worked great! Huge garden salad - well worth the price. Tomato slices were firm & fresh, and the lettuce was crispy on 2/3 burgers. Bacon was thick & crispy and they certainly added enough cheese to enhance the whole burger. I'd order this again! (They send packets of condiments and you put it on your burger...just tell them what you need.)

• 26-01-24The Billy's Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger was DELICIOUS! Perfectly cooked & well seasoned. Fries arrived still warm & crispy. The Chicken Fried Steak Fingers were not so great. They were "over fried" which caused them to be dry, tough & chewy. The exposed meat (where the breading had fallen off) was particularly hard. Also, several of the side dishes were not included with my order. That's NEVER happened before, so I'm calling it a simple error, but it made me sad. I love their mashed potatoes, coleslaw, green beans, and corn! I will still continue to order from here.

• 26-05-09Asked for a side of ceasar dressing which was not received way more lettuce to small amount of chicken and have a hint taste of even having ceaser dressing inside the wrap. Also received and most of the wrap was not inside the wrap that could have been from the delivery though.

• 25-10-25I've had this dish at the restaurant & it was delicious, but what I received today through door dash was so salty I couldn't even eat it. I don't know what happened & don't wanna give them a bad review, but my gosh! The salt content was off the scale. I did ask for extra sauce, but in past transactions that didnt make it saltier. I honestly can't finish it & that actually makes me sad because I know they do good work normally. Also, I paid for food I can't eat. I guess you take that chance when ordering online, so my bad. I wonder if I add a little, very little, milk to it...would that offset the saltiness?? I guess it's worth a try cause I can't eat it like it is. The worst that can happen is to throw it out. (sad face)
