I heard about this place and was surprised to see they were on doordash. I ordered the C01. Signature Hainan Chicken Over Rice / 海南鷄飯 and it was really good. The chicken portion was large and i liked the woodear and cucumber salad it came with as well. It was very tasty! Definitely worth a try!

I got C01. Signature Hainan Chicken Over Rice / 海南鷄飯 and A11. Salt & Pepper Chicken Cartilage / 椒鹽鷄軟骨. The chicken cartilage had a nice crunchy texture and although seasoned well, can be a bit salty. The hainan chicken was really tender! They give you a lot of rice, too. The cucumber side was refreshing. The broth that came with the dish was mild but compliments the rest of the food nicely. I gave it a 4/5 because the food can be a bit too salty, but I would like to try their other dishes.

I ordered C05. Braised Beef Brisket & Beef Tendons Over Rice / 红燒牛筋腩饭 The soup was delicious, the rice fluffy, and the beef brisket and tendon are the perfect texture. Minus a star because the S01. Seasoned Smashed Cucumber Salad / 手拍青瓜 while very fresh and crunchy did not have enough vinegar for my taste. The brisket was also a bit bland. but nothing I couldn't fix with some soy sauce and vinegar from my cupboard, overall pretty good.

Very small portion for the price. For the same price at other restaurants, you would get twice as much food.
