Loved it! Miami Cuban approved! Ordered the Roasted Pork *Lechon Asado and the pork was juicy and tender with the perfect mojo seasoning. Of course also ordered some maduros (sweet plantains) as a side to create the perfect bite of pork, plantain, rice and black beans. My friend ordered the Cuban Steak * Bistec de Palomilla and. Milk Custard *Flan (V) and again, got the stamp of approval as they were cooked perfectly and were perfectly seasoned. The portions were a great value for the price (you can easily split one dish between two people). Will be recommending to friends and family visiting Asheville.

Delicious Cuban food made with love! Huge portion of rice for the price, yummy plantains and the coffee was perfect. Will definitely be ordered or going by more often.

The pork entree was well cooked and seasoned. Rice was fluffy, beans were good and in a separate container for me to add to the dish so they didn't soak the rice and pork. Big portions- enough for another meal this week.

Soy cubana , y amo esta comida , es indiscutiblemente el lugar que mas cerca de mi tierra me ha hecho sentir aquí en el Norte . Indiscutiblemte volvería a ordenar mil veces más . La porcion es muy buena , no te vas a quedar con hambre . Se nota que la comida es fresca . Me encanta las masas de puerco y el lechón asado , esos frijoles deliciosos , tamb el arroz congrís . De postre amo los pastelitos . Estoy enamorada

This is a no for me, super greasy and burnt empanadas (grease dripping from the bag) patacones were ok (I make them at home and are better) and their dipping sauce? I am not sure what that was it was like lemon dip (not good at all with patacones) and then the chicken was meh…I basically wasted some $$$. Will be my first and last. If you want good Cuban cuisine go to “cousins” in Black mountain.
