We are a New Mexican Restaurant, that started as Food Trucks in Washington D.C, Maryland, and Virginia! We got popular for our Specialized Birria Menu!
Everything was amazing. The Fried Shrimp Taco was sooo good! I called to specify which 3 enchiladas filling I wanted and they let me customize (one steak, one shrimp, one cheese) and it was on point. I may add extra cheese next time. The rice was good but wish they had refred beans.

I had their chorizo Burrito gordo and ohmygod it was DELICIOUS, it was big and well gordo, i would definitely order again, it seemed fresh and tasted amazing. The yellow/mexican rice was sooo good and chorizo was perfect.

The quesadilla was decent and a huge portion. I think I personally prefer their tacos the tortilla and cheese were really good, but the birria itself wasn’t my favorite. The horchata absolutely saved the meal though, super yummy 10/10.

Stupid good. Whoever thought of combining ramen and birria deserves a medal. It is not just soup, but instead rich juicy goodness courtesy of the drippings from the meat. The quesadilla is as equally delicious, packed with juicy meat, fresh veggies, and gooey cheese, with flavorful broth to dip in. Even reheated soggy in the microwave it is delicious.
Portions are really big, you can easily make two meals out of an order.
I have ordered from here multiple times, and will continue to!

Burrito Gordo taste pretty bland and dry. Rice inside burrito is bland only thing with flavor is the chicken in the burrito. It has the verde and sour cream and shredded cheese on the outside but it doesn't taste like anything. I'm used to smothered burritos from places like El Paso so this was a let down for me. Ague de Fresca was good tho
