Best food truck I have ever had hands down! The chopped cheese is to dieee for!! Also the quesadilla is one of the best i have ever had ! My favorite spot

I've had a chopped cheese from a few different places and this is not it. It's a lettuce sandwich with a lot of cheese and some meat sprinkled on top. The Nashville “Hot” Dogs which is supposed to be 2 tenders and pickles on a hot dog bun, hence the name, was a single tender on a burger bun, which means half of it was just bread with sauce. there were also no pickles. the can of soda was sticky and covered in drippings from other soda that had spilled on it. The Jerk Quesadilla is the size of something you would order off of a kids menu at a restaurant. for $17 youd probably need 2 to feel full. The sauce they give u is good which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

That chop cheese w/ the double sided Italian bread is money the best ive had. The Jerk chicken was delish all white meat nice & charred 5 stars

The food truck we didn’t know we needed in Staten Island. Love their Nashville chicken sandwich. Sauce is amazing. Need to try the the Nashville hot dog from their secret menu. Delicious.
