The Tonkotsu Ramen was delicious with medium spice. Gyoza (7) was fried and tasty, could have used some ponzu. The Kaki Fry (6 oyster) could have used a little more spice on the spicy mayo, Extra Spicy Mayo was not needed.

Ordered Tonkotsu Ramen Medium spicy broth. It's perfect and enough to share with at least 2 people. The Prawn Tempura was delicious but, more batter than prawn. It comes with soy sauce for dipping. Overall delicious food and fresh.

Chicken Katsu The photo shows what was inedible. Everything was packed so nice and I really wanted to like it but the chicken was overcooked, dry, and chewy. The Lumpia (6pcs) were tasty and not greasy. Disappointing overall.

first time ever trying this place was definitely surprised, with the amount of food you get and the taste, had the black garlic Ramen was very delicious with the right amount of spice better than anything I've ever bought in the store since that's the only Roman I know lol, will definitely try again

We tried Ramen 101 for the first time and were so pleasantly surprised at how fresh and well-made everything was. my husband got the BBQ Chicken & Chicken Katsu which was juicy and cooked well, with crispy katsu batter andLumpia (6pcs) that both tasted like the oil was still fresh (which is a big thing for me)
my favorite is the Unagi Rice bowl, which is hard to find in Vallejo for a reasonable price per portion, and it was sooooo good! We definitely would order again.
