Back to Back is a vinyl-spinning restaurant located in Nob Hill, serving new and old world wines along with wood fired pizzas and shared plates.
I had the brussels sprouts, that's hot honey, and salsiccia pizzas. Everything was phenomenal!! Brussels sprouts were unlike others I've had because of the honey and colatura they use. Also the dough that they use for their pizzas is incredible.

Tiny pizza for the price. Could buy a pizza 3x the size from the pink onion which is an extremely high quality pizza for 2 bucks more.

The pizza was good! but to add the side of hot honey ricotta was an extra $6 and the portion is very small compared to the amount of Wood Fired Bread.

The food here slaps !!! Hot honey pizza and summer squash are so goood !!! I love the burger too. The pizzas are top quality. You will not regret ordering from here.
