The crab cake sandwich had a few shell cartilage in it. Didn't feel smooth. I suspect low quality crab meat was used. The Mac and cheese had a good amount of cheese and had flavor but way too much butter. It was oily. Their customer service was good. They did accommodate my request on packing my order securely. However, I don't think I'd order again for the price compared to the quality.

First I’d like to say that I’m only sending this as a warning to others so no one makes the mistake I did. I ordered the crab soup because I wanted something light, and it came in a humongous aluminum bowl. Also add that it was room temperature and the presentation was horrible. Best waste of $10 ever. You’d think this company would invest in styrofoam soup bowls for ease of re-heating and temperature control.

not good. the food changed from how it used to be. the crab fries are dry, fries have NO seasoning like they used to. the sauce is different than the creamy light colored sauce they used to have. i spent $75 on food and it's All bad
.Everything is Dry and where is the sauce at? I ordered extra sauce and got barely any. nobody wants sweet babecue sauce on seafood. go back to the way yall used to make the food with the white sauce that was good with the crab fries and bring the seasoned fries back. yall came to Virginia and now all the food is dry and nasty. people spend too much money for this dry food don't make no sense. Dominator not good like it used to be. used to get a BIG crab cake. dominator used to be my favorite item on the menu. now ots dry fries, tiny crab cake sandwich. Fire Cracker Shrimp Tacosare OK.Seafood Fries nasty and dry. they used to be banging because the sauce used to be a better creamy type of sauce that was so good. now they using this mystery red barbecue sc.
