this was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered the rib platter w fries. however the fries weren't included, and the ribs were tough, the bbq sauce was surprisingly bland.
I got the brisket Mac & cheese, which was very tasty.
And I splurged and got an $11 brownie for dessert. Ugh! it was very dry, rock hard & tasted like it came from a box mix. . not even close to being worth the price. I only ate 3 bites, then threw it out. I was really hopeful that I had found a decent bbq place , but I will definitely not be placing any more orders from this restaurant. And the prices are quite high considering the poor quality of most of the food I received today

The portions were generous, however the shrimp in the Shrimp Po' Boy were very overcooked and the Hush Puppies were dry as dry could be.
the Cornbread w/honey butter was clear standout.

Haven't had this chicken in a while. It's always been among the best in the area. This time the chicken was much smaller and overall dry. The brisket mac and cheese was ordered and was not included in the two tied bags of food on pickup. The fries were good! The hush puppies were good although the chimichuri was just ok. And the Beignets were awful, didn't even eat them. Overall pretty disappointing. Hope it's a one off.

Super disappointed in the Jambalaya and the Collard Greens. Thought the jambalaya would have a bit of a kick to it but it was bland and used to be good a few years ago. The greens were aweful. They shod have had more vinegar in my opinion but they were gross. The amount I spent didnt bother me until I tried the food. I expected to be wowed but sadly I was not even close.
