Pepperoni pizza was grease on cardboard

Ive ordered many times and enjoyed this Personal Build Your Own Pizza. My complaint is that I hardly had cheese on them.

Ordered from here and the pizza looked and tasted burnt and on top of that they forgot to give the dasher our fried pickles and when I called to ask about them they said oh ya we forgot yall can come back and pick them up if not I dont know what else to do. Very poor service for us

Was short on weight and seemed to had been old or overcooked? I've had wings from here before and I've bagged about them being the best in bonham, but this order was gross.. I won't go into anymore detail.
