Chrashi is fantastic. Burrito Roll is the best I've had. Sunomono is a generous portion of really nice mixed greens - delicious. Spicy Tuna could use a crunch with cucumber, but the flavor -yum!

Almost all the sushi was good, however, it was apparent that the lesser salmon was used in the Salmon Tower. I love salmon and also had Salmon / Sake sashimi and other rolls with salmon but you could just taste the salmon in the tower was not as fresh and high grade as the other rolls. I have always gone in person to Uni and never r had an issue like this. Hope it was a one time thing.

Absolutely amazing all around. Sunomono is outstanding. Chirashi is always a treat. Everything about this place just tastes better. Love it so much.

salmon and hamachi was good, tuna ok. another (snapper?) was like water. seaweed salad is super thick. the ginger is good. Wasabi tasted a bit off...
