I had the Whole 30 Salad. It was amazing, fresh, and healthy! It was big enough, I had 2 meals out of it. Cant wait to try more on the menu!!

the food is good but the portions are absurdly small. maybe a cup and a half of food TOTAL for $25. its a shame because its hard to come by such yummy healthy food in saint george. wont be ordering again :/

The salmon was a bit dry, tasted fishy and was over seasoned. The salad dressing - walnut balsamic was fabulous. The greens, veggies and mango were fresh and tasty. I would not order the salmon again.

the protein avocado Protein Avocado Crisp (GF)[nuts] was amazing !! i added pesto mushrooms and it went together great . i also had the Hi-Vibe (GF, V)[nuts] and it went together perfectly. it's on the pricier side, so its a good treat every so often :-)

VERY overpriced. The SIDE OF GF MAC'N CHEESE is bland and not cheesey at all. The ALMOND LOVER is nothing special and basically just sludge in a bowl.
