I just recently stared ordering from this place and loved it. I decided to see if ordering through the delivery app would be just as good and I can say that they have the BEST customer service. I wanted extra toppings but I couldn't do it on the app. But I was more than happy to pay for the extra toppings which I mentioned in my special instructions. I was pleasantly surprised to get a personal note that not only was my extra toppings free but that they'd fix the app so I could make that adjustment myself if I wanted. That is what I call GREAT customer service and I'm definitely going to be a regular customer and tell my friends about this place. Also their drinks are very fresh and refreshing. I ordered 2 of their S3. Pot Size Signature Fruit Tea / 桶装招牌水果茶! Love LOVE this drink!

Absolutely delicious! We ordered the Mango Sago and Pink Lady drinks- it came cutely packaged and intact. The Pink
lady had delicious chunks of lychee and was just the right amount of sweet. The Mango Sago was velvety smooth and had huge chunks of mango in it. Highly recommend!

this is my favorite boba shop in sf! they use the freshest ingredients and quality tea. i highly recommend M2. Jasmine Milk Tea / 茉莉奶绿 if you like milk teas or the Pinky Lady if you like fruit teas
