subs were lackluster from usual, which was surprising. they're usually great about portions but they were about half the size as usual. the soup was very watery as well. still tasted good but not worth the cost.

1st time trying Potbelly's and Everything was Great taste and Fresh, the Apple Walnut salad portion was filling, the Broccoli Cheddar Soup nice and cheesy, my sandwich was great as well, I would definitely order again

I spent $20 on a BIG sub and the bottom and top pieces of the bread are touching. Please tell this was a mistake and your crew gave me a Skinny or Regular instead of a big. This is the first time I have ordered from here and probably will not again. I will just stick with Jersey Mike's Giant subs at pretty close to the same price.

I order the skinny tuna sandwich with lettuce and tomato. What I received was a lettuce sandwich with a sampling of tuna and 1 slice of tomato. Very disappointing since i paid $12 for a bread and lettuce sandwich with about a tablespoon of tuna.

Never had potbelly and I live so close from the location. The Italian sandwich is bogo and I will definitely get again. Tasty, portioned well, and the veggies were fresh.
