I spent $20 on a BIG sub and the bottom and top pieces of the bread are touching. Please tell this was a mistake and your crew gave me a Skinny or Regular instead of a big. This is the first time I have ordered from here and probably will not again. I will just stick with Jersey Mike's Giant subs at pretty close to the same price.

I order the skinny tuna sandwich with lettuce and tomato. What I received was a lettuce sandwich with a sampling of tuna and 1 slice of tomato. Very disappointing since i paid $12 for a bread and lettuce sandwich with about a tablespoon of tuna.

Never had potbelly and I live so close from the location. The Italian sandwich is bogo and I will definitely get again. Tasty, portioned well, and the veggies were fresh.

I asked for caramelized onions on A Wreck® sandwiches and got basically raw onions, they might have slightly cooked them but they were still crunchy. I don't eat raw onions and would have rather them be omitted if they did not have actual caramelized onions. Otherwise ok after removing the onion, but there are definitely much better sub shops out there

Honestly one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. Simple, delicious, great bread, the ingredients taste fresh. I'm impressed. I will be ordering again.
