omg their Grilled Chicken Sandwich Combo was amazing. I have been wanting a grill Grilled Chicken Sandwich for a while and nobody in Dyersburg has them anymore and than I seen where Jack's has them. They are amazing and good.

Food sadly was awful this time. Tasted very old and weird tasting. Not fresh at all. Usually when I go to the store and pick up myself it always is fresh, warm, and taste great. This experience was totally different and awful. I don't think I'd order again online. Potion was great tho to end things on a good note!

The slowest restaurant in town; consistently send people at drive thru to park and then forget about them. I've been asked to park when there are no other people in drive thru. Horrible policy.
