Schnitzel Poutine was interesting, the gravy was really mushroomy, and i mean that in a good way. but the Sausage Sampler was the real star. only bummer is it didn't come with the mustard.

I love this place sooooo much. I order the Schnitzel almost twice a week, its a fair price, comes with great french fries and gravy, but most of all I love how healthy and delicious the Schnitzel is.

The online menu is a mess. Sausage Sampler: Sampler 3 is $20.95 and Sampler 4 is $25.95. But if you order 3 sausages, one bun, traditional sides and kraut as Sampler 3 it satisfies the valid order criteria. The exact same order also fulfills the Sampler 4 criteria. There's no explanation why the price difference. In the Options section there is a "NO MAKE" choice. What does that mean? There's no explanation. Also, this is SB Biergarten. That suggests a German restaurant. This is a restaurant that doesn't know what it wants to be. It has a couple of German items,sausage, pretzel and schweineschnitzel. The other schnitzel is Schnitzel Poutine a Canadian-German fusion recipe. It's mostly American pizza, smash burgers and exclusively Mexican lager beers. They serve no German, Austrian or Belgian beers at all.

There was no gravy for the schnitzel, and the Cheese Curds are actually fried and super salty. Bockwurst, Bavarian Pretzel , and Fresh Strawberry Lemonade were delicious.
