Drinks are very yummy! Exactly what I ordered! Only 4 stars because I never get straws with my orders anymore. Other than that. Everything is great!

The Chai Latte was so watery that it barely had any flavor at all. This happens often enough that it doesn't seem to be an accident. When made properly (I even ask for no water), it's so delicious and when not, it's terrible; no in between. Egg bites are phenomenal as usual!

I ordered a venti Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and the cup was not filled up. Half of my drink was whipped cream. My drink was only 2 inches of the actual drink and I paid extra for venti.

Same thing happened agai with my Chai Latte. It was watery, bland, and very disappointing, especially because it was delivered so I couldn't ask them to remake it.

Mocha was prepared with the wrong syrup - white mocha - instead of mocha. After paying extra to have this drink special delivered, it doesn't even taste good enough for me to drink. Rather disappointed. Dasher was great and thanks for the speedy delivery.
