I used DoorDash therfore no knock on DoorDash. The problem I had was Coldstone making my order in the size "like it" and I ordered "love it."
I did call the store and they acknowledged they sent in wrong size. Yet they only offered me store credit. I didn't want store credit, I wanted the ordered corrected and delivered to me. Customer service at this location needs to step it up.

This order came with a free REESE'S Peanut Butter Ice Cream Cup Single (value 4.99) To me it was more the size of a sample. Really couldn't get any smaller.

First DoorDash driver picked up the wrong order. We got a refund & reordered, as the ice cream was for a family birthday. I called & spoke to the manager of Cold Stone who not only sent the reorder, but also the original order complementary-GREAT customer service! We will definitely reorder in the future & appreciate Cold Stone making the customer a priority!

Ordered the cheesecake fantasy on a Lovett size hoping that a larger size would stop it from being so mushy. It actually arrived like water and they put the container inside the waffle bowl crushing it to pieces.
