The Husker Roll is one of my favorites from Hiro 88. It's the perfect mix of tenderloin, cream cheese and asparagus. I also love the eel sauce on top! They take care when packing the sushi and always include chopsticks and soy sauce packets.

Crab Rangoon seemed like they were just pulled from the fryer and immediately placed in the plastic to go container without allowing the grease to drain. Crispy Garlic Beef just tasted like a burnt garlic salt bomb. The amount of salt was insane. There were burnt pieces of minced garlic that made this inedible. The Tuna Tartare was the only positive. Everything else was awful.

Fish was fresh got to my residence quickly and tasted great. Boutta order some more right now. Jus for the review points the portion was way more then I expected only got miso soup and I think some rice with it came up to $42 though it also could've been bc I'm not super far either

Tonight's Chef was EXCEPTIONAL!! The fried rice was incredibly delicious! All the vegetables were cooked perfectly, with a slight crunch, and not soggy at all! It's been a long time since I've had takeout that was this yummy! Hiro 88 - please do all you can to keep tonight's Chef on staff!

The food was very good, the sushi was larger than other restaurants. I would have rated this 5 stars, but there were 2 technical issues with the California Roll that fell flat for me. The first being the crab was shredded versus a solid piece and the piece of cucumber was too small. I would have preferred a bigger piece of cucumber to get more "crunch" to the bite. I probably would not order sushi from this restaurant again.
