The only place I've ever been to that makes fries just like Nathan's in Coney Island, Brooklyn! They are my fave and very missed. Burgers are juicy and rich and flavorful. Portions are generous to make up for this place's premium priced food. So good and highly reccommended.

Tried it a few times and I really don't understand the hype for this place. Milkshake reminds me of Dairy Queen and there's are half the price. Fries tasted like how I would imagine cow manure to taste. Burger was decent but not anywhere close to being worth $16 for the burger alone.

I always love five guys especially since I'm from Arizona where there are so many! I'm so glad there is one out here who gives remarkable service and makes delicious food! Their cheeseburger is my always go to especially since you can customize it! But their fries are always my absolute favorite!!

Usually 5 stars, but tonight's order arrived weirdly under cooked and soggy despite super fast delivery. The bun was almost liquified as though it had been frozen and thawed without warming it. The cooked mushrooms were rubbery like fresh out of a can and then even the normally awesome fries were barely soggy, under cooked and barely salted. Just get the feeling they rushed through the whole prep. Which is fine, but not fine for an $11 burger and $6 small fries.

Poor packaging made all of the food not fresh! Hot food was all sealed in one bag so the fries were all soggy, and the burger buns were all mushy. Shake was in a regular paper cup with no insulation whatsoever so it was all melted. I was staying at the hotel across the street so the delivery was really fast, but the food still did not survive. Sad to throw away such a large quantity of food that wasn't even cheap (over $30 for a burger, fry, and shake). Disappointed.
