would give more than 5 stars if possible. best donuts ever. always super fresh. top notch cream filling. ratio of cream filling to dough is superb. faves are the Zinger Long John, Caramel Iced Cream Filled Long John, and vanilla cream cheese honeymooner.

I love this donut shop. You can't find any other shop in the city where you pay the same price for long John's as you do for donuts of different sorts but here you can. I always like to call me order in in advance so that I can get mine customized just the way I want them (ex. Blueberry Iced Long John With Custard/Vanilla Pudding In The Middle is one of my favorites. There's no options on here to customize them but if you call ahead and go pick them up they will do it for you at no extra charge! Not to mention how huge every one of their items are you get more bag for your buck here. I refuse to get them anywhere else. I just wish they'd open up in more locations for people who don't have reliable transportation! I recommend Jeffs Donut Shop with a 10/10

Very disappointing. Was expecting light and airy - but what arrived were Greasy and Dense, and not quite done in the middle. They were very big, but not worth the hype. The greasy coating left in your mouth after is very unpleasant as well. Lotsof better donut places in Louisville. These were expensive and well below average.
