Got the Italian and was disappointed to find a single thin layer of meat across 70% of the sandwich. I added hot peppers, which are pretty hot but they absolutely smothered the sandwich. There were 32 pepper slices on half of my sandwich. Ruined the entire thing. Banana Pudding Shake was tasty. First and last time eating Potbelly.

I asked them to drown my Italian inred wine vinegar and they complied as well as wentabove and beyond by packing 2 small to go cups of vinegar. it was freakin perfect!!! Just what I was craving, as odd as it is. my belly is very happy!

Love the sandwiches very fresh ! Broccoli soup is awesome so is pot pie soup! Only issue is you pay double for extra meat & larger sandwich & sometimes it's the skinny & extra meat not included. Otherwise awesome!

I've ordered from this location before and while I've had a delicious sandwich previously, the one I just received was a big disappointment. No cheese was on the sandwich, one measly pickle, the meat looked light and was slapped in the middle, not reaching the edges of the bread. Barely any sauce or Mayo that was asked for. As someone who doesn't order out often this was a big bummer.

Im still giving 5 stars because potbelly has been the most consistently good restaurant on doordash but DO NOT order the veggie sandwich. The avocado was bad and the only veggies were mushrooms which were raw. It was inedible. Veggie soup and tuna sandwich were great.
