Have placed many, many, many orders for flat whites from Cubico throughout the last few months. Even though the cup always felt light, I never removed the lid to look inside because their coffee is so delicious. Never bitter. Big mistake. Three orders ago, I ordered several flat whites (it was either 2 or 3) and they were not even close to being filled to the top... anywhere from 3 to 5 inches of coffee was missing. What in the world? I said nothing because I thought it was a mistake. Mistakes happen. During my second to last order (last week), I added a note to the order asking to please fill the 3 flat whites I was then ordering to the top (I explained the missing coffee regarding my previous order). Instead of filling to the top, they added lots and lots of foam, making them lattes. I didn't order lattes. The entire reason one orders a flat white is because they do not want a latte. Still, I said nothing. Mistake, again. Maybe. Decided to give them one last chance yesterday. Again, added a note to the order about having been sent 3 lattes instead of 3 flat whites last week. What do they send me yesterday? Two lattes filled to the brim with foam. Were they laughing as they were making them? Who knows. Done.
