This is the place. Just yes. Order one of everything. The gumbo was delicious with big chonky bites of meat & seafood, wish I got the bowl and not just a cup because I devoured that in minutes. The boudin balls? Y'all. Insane. Crispy on the outside, soft and yummy on the inside... and the sauceeee. THE SAUCE. I'd bathe in it. So so so good.

not worth the money, customer sevice is absolutely horrible. they were out of one thing corn then another then only had a half order of the other thing . but sent half an order instead of a whole order wich is what I paid for, 40$ they sent 22$ worth. Also the Chicken & Andouille Gumbo lacked chicken,the Crawfish & Andouille Dip SIDE was good however just be aware its 3oz. thats not a side that is a taste. Corn on the Cobb didnt come or the Side Hollandaise . the Debris Side lacked flavor and sauce it was very dry considering im a Louisiana native I was heart broken to have this as my last meal before labor . I will never order again.

Delicious chicken pasta, however, there was a mistake on my order. I called to let the manager/owner know about it. He worked quite hard to remedy it. It was a holiday and I could tell that the restaurant was extremely busy. He wanted to cook what I ordered , but I told him that the delivery service had stopped delivering for the night. He (Nick) told me that he could prepare it and deliver it to me or that someone would deliver it to me that same night. I thought aboout and decided that I had other food and that he could bring it to me some other time. I asked him what day he would have time and Nick told me on Thursday. I told him that would be fine. At any rate, he called me and told me that he could cook and bring it to me in about an hour and I agreed that it was a great time to bring me the Pasta Nola/Shrimp. He delivered it himself. The Pasta Nola w/Shrimp was very spicy and delicious. If you want Cajun, Nola is the place to go. Best customer service ever. Thank all the folks at Nola for keeping this customer with a lot of food; enough for 3 days for one person. I would definitely order from Nola again.

The Natchitoches Meat Pies were absolutely delicious, but the Red Beans & Rice were pretty mid. Salty and the sausages were scarce and sliced very thinly. Overall there wasn't a heck of a lot of food for an approximately $40 order, so I doubt I'll order again.

Seafood gumbo was good. However disappointed when I saw the one small spoon of potato salad ordered. Legit just one bite, so just be aware of what you pay for. Pricey for the amount.
