Okay, okay... the crust is pretty close to perfect. Light, yet holds up the way a good crust should. The Cacio had me very surprised. The cheeses were wonderfully fresh; the evidence was in the taste! (and marinara for dipping... doesn't hurt.)

The pizza is great, as always. Ricotta Meatballs are overcooked, incredibly chewy and The Chop has about 12 total chickpeas and is 90% iceberg -- not worth the money.

$24 salad barely large enough to make two small bowls. At least throw in more salad.. the overall volume was disrespectful for the price, although flavors good.
Pizza (Conrad) was incredible and we expected the medium size based on their other food so no surprise there

The pizza here is straight fire. Love that the crust is super light and crispy. Pepperoni had a nice tomato sauce that was not too tart. The Sausage + Olive had a nice creamy sauce and a nice level spice from peppers.

Ok so I ate it before I took any pics but this pizza is amazing. I dream of this pizza. The sauce is a little spicy which makes me like it even more (aka perfect) and their mozzarella sticks I just have no words for. So pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks with ranch should be their own food group. My driver deserves a high 5 because my number is not on the intercom for my apartment building so he did exactly as I asked and called me as soon as he got here. I went downstairs and got it. Sadly it is not always this easy and I only gave door dash another try because i moved coasts, it was this very specific pizza place, and I had a coupon, so thank you Flour and Water Pizza. Saving me one pizza at a time <3
