Best order I've had in a while! #2 - 7 Express Tender Combo - spicy & crispy! Glad they finally added the sides and drink to the combo selections on the app. Everybody need a raise in there today!

Did not put a straw on the order for my drink. The mashed potatoes were like two bites and mostly another cup of gravy. The mac & cheese tasted sour. It was a sealed bag. I don't blame the driver for any of this.

The livers and gizzards were over cooked, the breading was very hard and the gizzards were very tiny pieces, not a whole one in the order and there were only two livers (was supposed to have 4 livers and 5 gizzards).

Out of 9 gizzards only 3 were edible because they were rock hard and one of the rolls was burnt.

This is the 2nd time this has happened with this store. The chicken was over cooked which made the chicken hard to eat. Also I ordered a combo, which has a drink. I made the choice, but didn't receive the drink. I asked the driver and he said that he asked the asst manager and the manager said there wasn't a selection made. If you look at the receipt is says 32 Oz 1/2 & 1/2 tea. The driver & store refused to correct the issue.
