The Pad Thai with tofu  and  Thai Fried Rice with pork were both very good. The Fried Papaya Salad with Grilled Shrimp  looked really good but SPICE WARNING! VERY HOT. 🔥 Mink's Mixed Appetizer   was tasty and offered that crunch we all like. Overall a good meal but wish there was an option to turn the heat down on the papaya salad.

tasty and great portion! The Thai tea is sweet and creamy; it's very refreshing with the spices of Thai food. Peanut noodle was something different for me to try this time. I liked the veggies and meat mixed in. Having the sauce in a separate container on the side kept it from getting soggy. 10/10

Pad Thai had a good flavor, a small container with crushed peanuts was included with the food, also a wedge of lime. TheThai fried rice was delicious and not too salty. The Curry Puffs were good, if you like empanadas you wil enjoy these, the dipping sauce was a bit sweet but still tasted good. Definitely would order again from Mink's.

I ordered the Pad Sukiyaki and asked for 3/5 spice in the special instructions. It tasted great and had a good level of spice. I don't think I could do more than a 3/5, and might try a 2/5 in the future. With generous portions for the price, I'd say you'd be hard pressed to find a better bang for your buck when you're craving Thai.

I have been ordering from minks for a while now and the last couple of orders have been subpar. The gyoza I ordered today was delicious, the Pad Woon Sen noodles not so much, specifically the beef that was used. The beef was so tough, full of fat and gristle, this was also the case with my order a couple weeks  ago.
