Hot Joy makes great food. We've had the Spam Fried Rice and Twice Fried Wings multiple times and they're always delicious. The CM Pork Belly Buns were so tasty, especially with such a well cooked pork belly.

Simple. It's the best restaurant in San Antonio! Food is always hot and fresh. Employees are respectful and professional. The new location is SICK! The aesthetic and ambiance along with the designs and Asian fusion cultural influence is unmatched. Good for hanging out and enjoying a good meal but also can't beat the it when looking for a good date night spot too. Go Hotjoy Go! Hahah

I ordered the Garlic Noodles, Sesame Chicken, a Side of Fried Rice, and an egg roll. Only item I somewhat enjoyed was the egg roll. I have eaten in the restaurant a few times before and the food was delicious. Not sure what went wrong with today's meal. Very little taste. Steamed rice was mushy. Fried rice reminded me of that 5-minute microwavable rice. Chicken was dry and looked more like pork. I also got the hot oil. It had no flavor as well. Only thing I could taste was the soysauce I added so I could actually eat the food.
