The Roast Beef Aburasoba is SO good. The oils and spices in the noodles at Kajisen make them chopstick-lickingly delicious. The beef is cooked to a beautifully tender texture, and the onions, yogurt, and other seasonings make it flavorful to the max. I'm obsessed.

Kajiken used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but they've been reeeeally inconsistent as of late. Today's NIKUMORI ABURASOBA was overly spicy and buried in green onions. I've learned to only order from them on Thursdays, and when I break that rule, I am always disappointed. The egg shortage means everyone now gets half an ajitama instead of a full raw egg. :(

Delicious!!!! The food is so well made. Freshly hand made noodles. The noodles have a nice snap to them. The dry seasoning and oils are sodelicious . I ordered a poached egg with my noodles. They packed everything well. The poached egg was packed in its own container. Will order again!

ORIGINAL KARAAGE was clearly reheated old chicken. Can't believe they run business like this and sell something of this quality. It was rubbery and dry and dark and I could tell it was just reheated old chicken by touching one, even before eating. Very disappointing.

I'm happy they are available on door dash now. Always wanted to go to the restaurant but cannot wait in the long line with the baby. I had HOMURA ABURASOBA and it was so delicious. It had a hint of Sichuan pepper. I wish they make kids menu.
