The BEST Ramen I have ever had. And now the deliver! Flavor profile was amazing and enough for two meals. Potstickers were okay, could have been a little more cooked but thebsaucewas dynamite !

10/10 recommend tatsu ya. Way better in person, but still good via DoorDash.
Couldn't recommend the egg enough, add the extra egg. The Old Skool is a go to with minor spice, but you can't go wrong. This time I had the MiSoHot but I've had all their ramen. It's always fresh and tons of food.

The Negi Rice Bowl had such a savory flavor, and was very filling despite the serving size. The Gyoza had were great, and the broth added a phenomenal umami flavor. Both were very fresh, and you can tell they made it to order. If you're balling on a budget, it's impossible to beat the quality and bang for your buck. I will be trying the ramen proper in the future!

every time I order from Ramen Tatsu-Ya, everything is delicious and prepared to order. I especially appreciate how the ramen is packaged with the broth separate and wrapped in plastic wrap, so that there are no leaks and nothing gets soggy in transit. The #1 THE OG (Tonkotsu) is my go-to, always with extra ajitama since they're so so so tasty! The Karaage chicken is super crispy and savory. The Korokkaaayyy is rich, flaky, and a fantastic treat. This restaurant is an all time favorite of mine.

I ordered the #1 THE OG (Tonkotsu) and really loved how thick and packed with umamithe broth was. You can see the beautiful pork fat shimmer on the surface. the ajitama was well marinated and the yolk was excellenly jammy! because of the nature of how ramen works my bowl came to me lighting fast, so the broth was still piping hot when my order arrived. My wife and I shared our bowl, so we got an extra order of noodles, ajitama, corn and narutomaki, but i think it would have been worth it just to order a second bowl.
