Street Tacos : Were perfectly cooked. I got the Carnitas version and it was fantastic. They Had good texture and flavor, and the sauce they put on the side supports the Tacos perfectly.
L Chips : Huge portions, fried well. definitely sharable for 4~ people
Cheese Dip : I got the Small and it was more than enough, good for 2-3 people

Chimichanga was perfect, exactly what I expected. flavorful and fried just right.
Birria Tacos were good texture wise, I wish there were more herbs or seasoning to make it more flavorful, but definitely not disappointed.
S chips & salsa perfectly fried, large portions for the price.

The Rancheritos Taco Salad I ordered was served inside of a crunchy flour tortilla shell that was completely filled to the top with the warm portion of the meal like beans and beef with the cold portion of the meal lettuce and guacamole etc served in a separate container. The portion size of the salad is huge and hands down the best taco salad I've had in Midland!

The Mini Flautas were crunchy and the Xtra Cheese Dip was creamy and smooth. Excellent choice!
